I love everything about hotel. The staff is purely amazing. We arrived in the early morning and they let us sleep few hours in room despite we had booking only for upcoming night. Room was very clean, bed was super comfy, the size of room was just enough for couple. The breakfast was delicious with many options to eat. Location of the hotel is great. We spent here only one last night in Vietnam but speaking of accommodation it was cherry on the top of the cake. If I ever travel to Vietnam again, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Her customer service was far beyond all the others that I've experienced in all my travels. She handles that hotel like she owns it. Even when I wasn't staying there, she took great care of my traveling needs. I'll stay there every time I come back to the old quarter of She still working there. Thank you for everything Ms. Lucy.
