The room had an incredible view to the waterfall, a little balcony and a shared kitchen. Toilets are shared but private (one shower in one room). Best way to share!

We enjoyed a beautiful weekend over here. It's a lil far from the centre but the view of the Matterhorn is gorgeous

The location is amazing near the trian & bus station also so close to the supermarkets and shopping street, the room was so clean has kettle ,cups,tea and coffee The hotel staff is friendly and super flexible. Christine, the hotel owner, is so down to earth and doing her best to make all customers happy and satisfied. We enjoyed our stay and strongly recommend the hotel for everyone going to interlaken

Aivan ihana hotelli ihan Zermattin keskustassa. Hyvä aamiainen ja todella ystävällinen henkilökunta. Siisti huone. Näkymä Matterhornille iso plussa.

Zermattin keskustassa sijaitsevan Backstage Boutique SPA -hotellin yksilöllisesti sisustetuissa huoneissa on avotakka ja ilmainen WiFi. Joulukuussa 2010 avatussa hotellissa on spa-alue. Great Spa and the restaurant was brilliant.

This is perhaps one of the most beautiful stays in Switzerland, probably the best in Lauterbrunnen. Have been to Switzerland before but never has a hotel ticked right on all factors including room , cleanliness , comfort , staff behaviour and food ! Stayed in five star properties in Switzerland but would still rate this one the highest . it’s location is magical . we got the corner room with views of both sides of the valley . The room was large with a changing area with the bathroom and a large balcony with comfortable seating. staff was amazing ! Bed was so comfortable! Will come back!

Hotel Jägerhof sijaitsee rauhallisella paikalla Zermattin keskustan lähellä, 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Klein Matterhornin köysiradalta. Hotellissa on kuntosali ja ilmainen WiFi. The staff treated me like family!! Very helpful with suggestions on what to do. A bonus is the "fondue chalet" which would be great for a group or couple. The location is close to the bus line or easy walking distance. The hotel is very organized for sking, with the ski room.

Carina - Design&Lifestyle hotel is an 8-minute walk from the centre and the Zermatt Train Station, and 230 metres from the Zermatt Funicular. Staff were friendly, it was very clean, there was a nice sauna and steam room. Overall great experience.
