The staff was very very kind and friendly. A true family business which is rooted in the area. Also, the room was very quiet and newly renovated. Breakfast was very good. Good link with public transport as well. Dinner (add additional charge) was very high quality local food. Albeit being situated on a seemingly big road, there practically no traffic and the area was quiet.

Our beautiful holiday home is close to the center and only a few minutes' walk from the Saxon Switzerland National Park. Modernly furnished with Italian flair. A very nice and well-decorated room, I loved the style. Everything you need, and most importantly very comfortable beds. Location is beautiful, the view from the terrace is stunning.

The accommodations were just as described, clean, comfortable and well tended. My husband & I both appreciated the service provided by every member of the staff. We speak very little German, and found that they went above & beyond to speak English , to understand our questions & point us in the right direction.

With a rooftop terrace boasting views of Lilienstein Mountain and the River Elbe, this hotel is centrally located in the town of Bad Schandau on the edge of Saxon Switzerland National Park. An excellent hotel, among the more successful in town, very clean, staff who speak English (this is a rare thing in this part of Germany). Huge room, excellent shower, amazing and very large and indulgent breakfast. Located right in the main square, there are lots of restaurants and cafes around

Lots of unique outdoor spaces to relax in. I liked that there were bottled refreshments (including beer/wine) available for purchase on the honor system. Location was pretty and quiet.
