We had booked an executive / premium suite. We found a roach walking on our bed. We also saw a huge dead moth under the curtain in the living room. We couldn't handle that and promptly told the front desk. They offered to move us to a smaller unit which we readily agreed since there was no other option, we did not want to stay in an unit with roaches. Atade was super helpful and responsive. I would have thought that when checking out, they would have reduced my charges to the smaller unit instead of charging me for the executive suite when we did not spend the night in that unit. That would have been fair. Great breakfast as well!
