Apartment is close to the city centre and also to the kolovare beach, so a perfect location, there are also many shops and bakeries nearby. We definitely recommend!

The location of the apartment is perfect, 10min walk to the old town, less than 10min walk to Kolovare beach, 5 min walk to the central bus station. There are supermarkets and the shopping center within 5 min walk, there is a smaller supermarket right in the building. The aparment is well equipped and very comfortable. You can find everything in it that you need, even for a longer stay. The communication is really good with the owner. Check in and check out is very easy.TímeaHungary

The neighbourhood looks like a country side and it's very peaceful. Its location is great, about a 5 min walk from the station, and a 15 min walk from the Kolovare beach and the centre. Near by, there is a Spar supermarket and a great shopping centre called Supernova Zadar. There are many smaller groceries and bakeries on the way from the centre to the apartment.AgataPoland

Great position. Apartment was exceptionally clean, well equipt for cooking lunch or dinner. To have great comfortable stay there is AC unit with right power.
