Panoramic PENTHOUSE LAKE VIEW in a quiet private street near to the center and to the lake Excellent to visit the city, take a walk on the nearby lakeside promenade or spend time with your family in the comfortable apartment Adjacent to the safe and well served district a tree-lined avenue full of bars, restaurants and other numerous services will lead you to the station in less than 10 minutes by foot Well furnished for travelers from all over the world, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people Free on 3 sides, the apartment is very bright and enjoy excellent privacy, as well as a landscape between Lake and Mountains in all rooms... It is located on the fourth (4th) and top floor which makes it really quiet, there is no elevator but once you enter it is absolutely worth it, you will love it ;-) There is a WIFI FIBER connection (the fastest in town), including a NETFLIX subscription for a bit of fun.

Neighbourhood information

Apartment located in a small private street inside a very quiet neighborhood a little "close to everything" between the lakefront and the center. The lakeside promenade has been modernised and extended in recent years; along the stairs adjacent to the property you reach the new part, a cycle and pedestrian path will lead you to the Orsa Maggiore (Historical Disco and exclusive Beach Club) and a green area equipped directly on the lake. A few steps from the apartment many services: Bar, Restaurants/ Pizzerias, Bakeries, Grocery, ATM, Pharmacy, Hairdressers, Laundromat, Butcher, Minimarket, Post office, Supermarket Conad etc... .... 100meters a well-organized outdoor area dedicated to young people with basketball courts, playground and weekly activities (for example every Wednesday evening they screen a film in the indoor cinema)
