Dom Studencki Zaułek is located in the centre, in a quiet street in the trendy Jewish district of Kazimierz in Kraków. It offers accommodation with free wired internet and a 24-hour front desk. even though my room was on the 1st floor (technically 2nd), right next to the elevators, and facing kids playground, I barely heard any sounds outside of my room. very clean and modern rooms with fridge, kettle, paper cups, plastic spoons, and soap. perfect for it's price.

Housed in a historic regional-style building, the Good Bye Lenin Hostel Zakopane features free Wi-Fi and a common fully equipped kitchenette. The Tatra National Park is only 200 metres away. It's a very small and cozy hostel while being able to host a lot of people. This in addition to being a bit away from the town creates a really great social atmosphere.

Location was excellent, just a few minutes away from Wawel castle. There were plenty of cafes, grocery shops and restaurants in the vicinity at good price points. The room itself was spacious, and clean and allowed for some privacy. The shower heaters work well. The hostel also provided tips on what to see and eat in Krakow. :)
