Beautiful landscape and very clean property; perfect for couples and adult gatherings. it’s a small hike to get to rooms. We came multiple times and always had best time. Maria the owner is super nice and accommodating.

The Valley Tayrona hostel- A unique social jungle hostel features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and bar in El Zaino. The location was great, surroundings were beautiful, you could fall asleep and wake up to the sound of birds chirping. While reading a book I also spotted some monkeys. The staff was superfriendly, all spoke english aswell (a treat you don't see much in Columbia). Food was nice. It was super close to Tayrona entrance. Definately worth to stay longer than just for visiting Tayrona.

Located in El Zaino, La Finca Lorena Tayrona features a garden, terrace, bar, and free WiFi throughout the property. so calm! very kind owners and lovely food. also very close to tayrona (20 min walk)

Origen Hostel has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in El Zaino. Featuring a bar, the property is located within 48 km of Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino. nice hostel. At the breakfast we saw small monkeys and the rooms where so nice. the food was really good, but they were always serving it a bit later than what they told. In general a really nice hostel with a chill atmosphere.

Located in Guachaca, 15 minutes from Tayrona Park, Bohemia Beach offers accommodation, a restaurant, a swimming pool, a bar and a private beach area. There is free WiFi. Everything! Nice food and good prices, staff was super friendly, bathrooms constantly cleaned, totally recommended!

Ecolodge Playa Brava Teyumakke offers accommodation in Santa Marta. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. You can play table tennis at this hostel. Hidden gem, reached by walk from El Calabazo. Sweetest staff (especially in the kitchen- thanks for coping with my dietary requirements). Lots of social areas- volley, ping pong, free tables. Possibly to pay by bank transfer at the end of your stay- check with reception first ;) Get some earplugs and a portable fan- don’t underestimate the intensity of the sea.. and temperatures eheh

What's not to love about this place? Attracts such sweet souls, insane nature whenever you go, amazing vegetarian food with proper serving sizes and a pack of lovely animals. Worth the bumpy ride!
