Just a 5-minute walk from the beach and the Sea of the 7 Colours, San Andrés Hostel has rooms with air conditioning. There is an on-site disco bar. Scuba diving lessons are available. The staff were so enthusiastic and kind, I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. We came to this hostel because we were struggling to find people and events during the festive season and this place handed it to us on a silver plater. The breakfasts were fantastic quality and left me feeling well prepared throughout the day. Never felt without support or without something to do or someone to do it with whilst staying here.

Providencia is paradise on earth and Jaime is going to make sure that you enjoy it. He moved the whole hostel to a new location on the island because it’s more calm there. It’s called Fresh Water Bay and it lays in the middle of nature and yet you are at the beach in 2 minutes. Everything you need is close by. Jaime helped out where he could. Picked me up at the airport, drove me to my diving school and took me to party during night. Overall, this was one of the coolest experiences during my trip.

The friendly staff was always helpful. They can set you up with tours, bikes and golf carts for rent. The public buses pass just in front of the door, so it's very convenient to move around the island. It's peaceful and quiet and great value for your money.
