Mir Guesthouse is located 500 metres from the northern shore of Jeju Island and the famous Yongduam (dragon head rock). It offers both private and dormitory-style rooms. WiFi is available in all areas and private on-site parking is available upon reservation.

The hostel is clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly! Breakfast is provided and made by the owner ! I had a great experience and I will definitely come back for a short stay. The rooms don't feel crowded and it's really great if you have a low budget :) A small note for people with mold/humidity issues (most people are not concerned): The place is well maintained and there was no mold visible but since the climate in Jeju is humid you might have some issues (I had some symptoms). I recommend to take a bed near the window so you can ventilate well. If you are not very sensitive you can stay for a few days but not for very long. I tried two other places beforehand but they smelled like mold.. I had to find a place last minute so this hostel saved me!! A big thank you!

Attractively located in the centre of Jeju, hola! Hostel features free WiFi throughout the property, a garden and free private parking for guests who drive. The property is around 2.5 km from Jeju International Passenger Terminal, 2.6 km from Jeju National Museum and 5.6 km from Jeju Paradise Casino. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen and a shared lounge for guests.

This hostel is highly recommended. The Wi-Fi is excellent, and the beds are very comfortable. We slept wonderfully, and there was no loud noise. The hostel has a great location in Jeju. I chose this hostel because it is close to the ferry terminal and very near the sea. You can reach the fantastic Jeju night market and all other market streets within a few minutes walk. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities nearby. In Jeju, I took two-day tours with a guide in a group, and one of the pickup points is also next to the hostel. Not to forget the fantastic hostel staff, with whom you can enjoy a nice beer in the evening ;)

I highly recommend this hostel. It is within walking or biking distance of many interesting sites and restaurants. Busses to all parts of the island stop close to the hostel entrance. The hostel allows guests free use of a large kitchen, dining room, and lounge. This clean hostel is very nicely decorated and the owner makes everyone feel as if they were guests of her home.

Looking for a hostel?

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

Great location close to the beach but not in a busy area. We had a nice view of the sea from our window and bed. We could park right in front of the building easily, and lots of cool places were in walking distance.

The rooms had a great view and there is a small duty free mall within the same building. The location is also great, walking distance from shops, restaurants and cafes. Felt safe in that area, with elderly parents.

Good location near the Jeju Intercity bus terminal and many busses to the airport or can walk in 35 minutes. The Hostel was clean and the dormitory big, only 3 of us sharing a 6 bed so we each had a bottom bunk. En-suite toilet and shower. Privacy curtain and electric sockets. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen on the ground floor. Good value for money. Security locker provided.

The check in is easy. The location is good. It is cheap. But you also are getting what you pay for. So... not much. It is ok for one night or if you are on a budget. But don't expect it to be something good.

Well, I guess you get what you pay for. It is an extremely cheap accommodation, and for that it is great value. I'd say if you're a backpacker - go for it. If you're a couple traveling together - maybe pass, unless you're on a strict budget. Large rooms and centrally located in Jeju city.
