Perfect location, well-renovated property, stylish, clean and comfortable rooms, amazing lounge and garden area, plenty of tea/coffee supplies, generous, kind and helpful hosts. Loved the smart home features of the house (smart entertainment: playing jazz/bossa nova the minute you entered the lounge area). Will definitely be back.

Situated in the heart of Chester, the Grosvenor Place Guest House offers free WiFi. Within the city walls, this Georgian townhouse is just a 10-minute walk from Chester Racecourse. Everything was perfect. We really liked the room. Very clean and nice room and bath. Is having little touches is making nicer the stay and we really appreciate. Good breakfast and lovely people. We will come back without any doubt.
