The property is soundproof and is located 28 km from Rochexpo. We absolutely loved our stay here. The views are just incredible. Amazing pool which was just for us. The chalet is beautiful, we loved the intricacy of the design. An easy 15 min drive into Annecy and to the lake. Patrick was very accommodating and made us feel very comfortable. Aircon was great. We enjoyed our breakfast every day with the amazing view of the birds, mountains and lake. Nice extra touches like tissues, shower gel, board games and 2 towels each. We loved that there was plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, even when it rained a little. There is a bar and a mini fridge, perfect for all your snacks and drinks. We didn't cook and didn't have any crockery etc but I'm sure we could have asked if we had needed more. We would definitely recommend visiting here.
