Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, Bel Residence is located 450 metres from Trstenik Beach and 900 metres from Firule Beach in Split.

Bel residence is a 15 minute stroll to Riva which is where all the tours I took started from, was able to save some money and enjoy walking through the town. I was out a lot but the staff were very friendly when I saw them. And they have these nice little sweets in the reception... The room was clean with a view of the pool and a terrace! I certainly didn't pay enough, I hope to come back again...

Offering garden views and free WiFi, Sweet rooms offers accommodation situated conveniently in the centre of Split, within a short distance of Bacvice Beach, Firule and Ovcice Beach.

They were very flexible about letting us check in early, and also offered late checkout (though we didn’t needed it). Was a very comfortable stay and good value, and only a short walk from old town.

The room was extremely clean and stylish. Since Split is very hot during the summer, to be able to cool down in the AC equipped room was highly appreciated. A cup of coffee to be available is always a plus. The host was very helpful and flexible when she realized that we were arriving late to the apartment.

    Realment vaig fer molt bona tria! L'allotjament és una residència d'estudiants, de nova construcció. Tot és molt nou i està realment net. Les persones que em van atendre van ser totes encantadores i em van ajudar molt. Hi havia molta gent jove allotjada al hostel i això em va agradar molt. També hi havia famílies. L'habitació està perfectament insonoritzada i no arriba el soroll de les altres habitacions. Està a una passejada de 20 minuts del centre i el recorregut és molt agradable. Realment, vaig estar-hi molt bé!

    Molt cèntric, habitacions noves i acollidores. La noia de la recepció molt simpàtica, ens va fer recomanacions de visites i restaurants. Hi tornaríem.
