Location was perfect, as just 5-6 minute drive to Polzeath, Port Isaac and Port Quin. Cosy apartment and very warm. Amazing coastal walks nearby. Coop just 5 minutes drive away. Milk in the fridge was appreciated for arrival cup of tea! Tea and coffee also provided but no sugar. I had some sachets fortunately

The garden room was perfect for our stay. Clean, quiet, a lovely little garden to sit outside . Loved having a walk in shower . Host was friendly and checked in to see if we needed anything. A great little spot

We did a walk and talk tour with Mike and met locals and visitors alike. Everyone was welcoming. Once we had parked in the car park we didnt move our car till we left - we stayed 2 nights. We loved walking round the village and over to the next village.

Lovely host who had deep connection to the area. Interesting history to the barn and granary. Plentiful free parking. Good value for money. Lovely hot water in shower. Didn't order any breakfasts but visitor book full of compliments on this point!
