Our experience was absolutely amazing: the hosts are very welcoming and friendly, the bed, the temperature in the room, the extras from the bathroom was just perfect. The owner made us a delicious breakfast, with so many things perfect for each taste. We felt excellent. And a bonus that it's very close to the beach so we went for sunset and sunrise walks.

There is a shared fridge that you can use. The breakfast has both sweet and savory options, and fresh fruit, which is not always the case in Italy, in my experience. The hosts are what make it an exceptional place to stay. They made sure we had everything we needed, arranging transport to the airport, even ironing some clothes and making sandwiches for us for lunch. In short, everything was great, and we would return!

Helpful, accommodating and really nice hosts. The room was very clean and quiet with a great bed. We were tired after 5 weeks traveling in Italy and this was the first real queen bed we encounterd. We arrived a bit early for check-in, 11 a.m., but the host graciously let us in. 5 minute drive from metro station that will take you to Colliseum in less than 40 minutes (with 1 change). Room is fairly spacious and clean, with balcony and huge bathroom. Very safe and quiet location.

There was Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Really nice quiet suburb of Rome. We walked to the Harbour to see where the Tiber meets the ocean. Very cool. Very clean and comfortable.
