On Camino Way of Saint James. Beautiful historical sites, lovely stone work, churches that ring their bells for the hour & mass, beautiful community atmosphere, so wonderful to join millions of pilgrims who have walked for centuries from every place country nationality, speaking different languages. We thought Sarria would have a lot to offer since it is a major hub for Pilgrims. The historical section is so charming and has a handful of fun restaurants and hostels. Wish it had more boutique—like hotels b/c, otherwise, Sarria seems to lack charming housing options. There is a great store at the bottom of the hill as you are about to ascend up the infamous stairs to the historical section and out of town on with your walk. They have anything one would need for the Camino and there is a great pharmacy across the street as well.MaryUnited States - 10Scored 10

Room on the ground floor was very spacious, bright. Lovely hot water, clean towels and toiletries provided. If doing the Camino walk id definitely recommend this place. Great location and friendly staff.

So many amenities at the property. Washington machine and clothes hangers. The beds are comfortable. The shower and hot water and bath tubs were brilliant. Jesus is a great host - couldn’t do enough to help. It is a really great place to stay. The property is on the entry side of Sarria.

He helped me with a lost tag for my luggage & also carried my bag up to my room. Next morning, he heard me close the door and immediately came to carry my bag downstairs. My room in the loft was lovely with a window to the night sky that I could draw a blind over, to sleep. A good position on the Camiño, on the way out of Sarria

There is a washer and drying for your clothing. And the location at the centre of the Old Town and on the Camino was very useful. The attached restaurant provides a good breakfast and is nice for sitting outside and having a drink when you arrive.
