We had the best stay at Coles Bay Vacation Retreat and would, without doubt, give it 10/10!! Karey and her husband were incredibly hospitable and the luxurious apartment was so well equipped. It was peaceful, convenient and just a few minutes walk to a lovely beach. And to top it all we had delicious breakfasts delivered to our door.

A daily breakfast featuring local produce, home-baked bread and eggs from resident chickens is provided along with tea,coffee, espresso or capuccino. Breakfast was outstanding! I enjoyed a lot. The owner was very friendly. The bed in the room was excellent. Welcome chocolates and candies were very lovely. The bathroom for the guest was probably recently rennovated and it was very clean. I was told to use another room for study other than a bedroom, which helped me to work.

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the holiday home free of charge. The property is non-smoking and is set 16 km from Queen Elizabeth Park. Lyn was an incredibly gracious host. We stayed in the same space as she lives, which was a surprise, but she was careful to give us space and provided us with fresh croissants for breakfast. Instant coffee and powdered creamer were available but we brought our own. She was helpful in collecting any of our missing items that we ended up having to go back and collect, and at which point she was still very kind and gracious with us. We would certainly stay again. The units are equipped with heating facilities. Patio was amazing. Hosts were super accommodating. We Loved visiting with their pups and made good use of the hot tub and fire pit!
