Location was good, and there was free parking right below the hotel. Good food options available nearby, and the beach was an 8 min drive away, just a straight road down from the hotel. Customer service was great and friendly too! Sheets are clean, we got fresh towels everyday, and no problem with hot water.

This is my third time staying at Hard Rock Desaru and it was enjoyable. My suite was nice and spacious and the staff at Level 6 lounge was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Breakfast selections were great. Thank you to the staff for extending my check-out time so that my husband could rest a little after the Ironman Triathlon before driving back to KL.

Had the pleasure of staying at Elicia's accommodation and we have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. 1) The apartment was immaculately clean and tidy upon arrival, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. 2) It had all the amenities needed for a 3D2N stay, and everything was fairly-maintained and functional. 3) The beds & mattress are clean & comfortable 4) The attention to detail and care taken to ensure a comfortable stay was evident and greatly appreciated 5) The accommodation was situated in a prime location, with easy access to F&B (Grab/Food panda delivery too) and the main shopping mall All in all, I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a spacious, clean, cozy, and comfortable place to stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future!!
