First we wuld like to mention that all of the staff are really friendly and helpful. They immediately helped with parking and gave good tips of the city and the sourrounding. The location of the hotel is just perfect - being right at the harbour and only minutes away from the city center. The only problem is the bar a few houses down. The music is so loud that the hotel cannot guarantee a quiet night. There is nothing they can do about it - it is not their fault. The bar believes to be a top open air discoteque in Turkey where the music is at around 80 - 90 DB. Also there are many cars passing by and the windows are not that sound proof - here the hotel needs to do something.

Room above reception was clean and comfortable if a little small. Our friends upgraded and had a beautiful view over the harbour worth the extra £. Parking in a square around the corner was free and easy. Location is perfect to stroll the main street or wander down to the marina for food (3 upmarket fish resteraunts).

Staying in La Piazzetta was the best desition we make in our Sicilian holidays. The hotel is an absolute gem in a beautiful town. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is amazing and they make you feel at home. The help us to move around the area with a lot of love and suggested us the best restaurants in the area with the sensitivity to understand what we were looking for. We were supposed to go only for 2 nights and we end up staying 5. We couldn’t leave!! Thank you for all the love to the team, see you soon!!!!

The reception was easy and friendly, they held our bags because we arrived early. The hotel is small but lovely. We had traveled across Sicily, stayed in several upscale locales, but come down to it, a small place on an enclosed harbor with a variety of outdoor dining is what we love best.

Fabulous small hotel. Rooms were immaculate. Pool was wonderful. Breakfast selection excellent and staff attentive, friendly and helpful. Great location to town and port and a nice 15 min walk to a sandy beach with free shuttle back. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Small, clean, very good bed, nice balcony, quiet, in the very center near the sea. Good breakfast. Free parking a few metres away in a narrow street , better to have a small car. Excellent fish restaurant Da Simone just few meters away. Nice bathroom. Elevator.

Our host was really friendly and helpful, rooms were really nice and tidy. We did get good resteurant recomendations as well as we could rent beach umbrella without any problem. The place is situated close to the port and city center.
