We had to leave our rooms before breakfast was to be served to get to work and the staff fantastically arranged a breakfast carry out bag which was waiting for us in reception the next day.
We see this as a step above and beyond expected levels of service

The King room was very comfortable especially the bed and easy large walk in rainshower. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I wish we had dined in the downstairs restaurant as it is obviously very popular - it was packed out the night we were staying. I would definitely go back and stay another time. Thanks Billycan.

There are a lot of boarded up shops obviously the impact post Covid many businesses have Closed. The railway station from which I embarked was a disgrace no adequate disability access particularly for visual or hearing impairment , if you have to get across the tracks to access the platform for the return trip. no toilet. Generally looks a very unloved station so not a good way to be greeted when you arrive but generally there are still a good range of shops tea rooms and places to eat.

Nice setting, and plenty of good restaurants.
Nice setting, and plenty of good restaurants. Terrible for parking. Seems to be an important money maker for town to issue parking tickets at first break of daylight. Had two parking tickets in 5 days although parking in what looked like free parking. Second time was only for 5 minutes while loading the car, going home.

We tend to visit Tenby out of season as in mid-summer, with the schools off it would be very busy. Nice little town overlooking two great beaches. South beach is huge when the tide is out. Plenty of pubs/cafés etc. though in high season I suggest booking ahead for tables if you can. Spring 2024 taxi trips within the town area are £5.00.

It's a beautiful seaside town with stunning views quaint houses and shops beautiful beaches a perfect holiday destination we love the plantagenet to eat and plenty of other restaurants to choose from will definitely be going back to our favourite place .
The Broadmead is a lovely place, beautifully decorated and styled. The staff were really helpful and accommodating. The room was nicely fitted out, clean and well appointed with a garden view. A comfy bed and hot, power shower made our stay really enjoyable.
The breakfast was delicious. It was a pleasant surprise to be offered such a wide variety of food. We would recommend The Broadmead to anyone visiting Tenby.
Almost everything including Miranda and Omar. They are a credit to the business and no request was too much. I even ordered a breakfast that wasn't on the menu and it was arranged, very very impressed. Plenty choice of everything.
Nice modern interior of hotel and outside dwellings , super clean with daily cleaning of room.
Good car parking and only a 15 minute walk to to Tenby Harbour.
Will definitely return
From arrival to departure you can tell that this hotel is well managed and geared to providing its guests with a warm and welcoming stay. All of the staff we encountered were so helpful and engaging. The hotel, is in a excellent location with great views over to Tenby harbour , its extremely well maintained including the grounds with ample car parking.
My wife and I look forward to returning soon.
Our second stay - again fantastic in every respect. Accommodation is modern, bright and airy. Everything provided you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Welcome treats on arrival. Use of hot tub, outdoor shower and firepit added to the enjoyment. Of course, the animals on site are a star attraction! Great location to explore Pembrokeshire, with Tenby and Folly Farm close by.
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly. Room very nice, we had a small balcony. We used spa facilities which were excellent. Very clean and well organised due to COVID restrictions. Lovely breakfast, lots of choice, including kippers, smoked haddock and smoked salmon. We love fish so this was perfect. 1st time in Tenby will definitely be back
Hotel was very dated, room was very small but clean, very expensive for a dated hotel, paid £121 for the room plus £20 extra for breakfast, a total of £141. I've had cheaper and better hotels in London than the Clarence Hotel in Tenby, on arrival the same room was £89, when asked how this was I was informed its just like flights, could be cheaper nearer the time, not amused,
Huw is an outstanding host. The location of the Townhouse is unbeatable. We enjoyed calm, clean, comfortable accommodation with wonderful breakfasts for the 3 days we were in Tenby.
Each morning featured a special in addition to the daily menu so there was always something different.
We loved the fact that it was an easy walk into town and parking at the hotel was more than adequate. We also were very pleased with the breakfast and the pub food. The breakfast was excellent and so elegant. The food at the pub was the best we had in England and Wales.
The location of the hotel was in a great location only a ten minute walk into Tenby.
The cooked breakfast was of high standard with a selection of cereal yogurt the room was clean and spacious and the staff were polite and curtious.
Location overlooking the sea is absolutely spot on. Its an easy work right into the harbour area of Tenby and all the beaches. Although parking at the hotel is limited there is a huge carpark just over the road which is very cheap.
Staff very friendly - especially at breakfast. The breakfast was really good - plenty of choice. Room was spotless - nothing to complain about. Hotel was ideally situated for us to explore Tenby and the surrounding area
beautiful room even tho it was slightly dated. The hotel was in a great spot with an exceptional view of Tenby harbour. staff were extremely kind and easy to approach. breakfast was decent with good variety.
We truly enjoyed our time in Tenby. Apartment is comfortable and well equipped with everything you need, including beach towels. The pool is nice to have just next door. Our family loved the place!
Jan was exeptionally helpfull, actually taking us to find free parking in (terrible) Tenby. She provided a custom full English high quality breakfast each morning, and gave great activity advice.
Friendly welcome, a beautiful/interesting room which wasn't too hot despite the 27C temperatures, and a decent location for exploring the area (Tenby, Barafundle Bay etc) by car.
Excellent location. Short walk to beach ,harbour and town.
Car parking space outside apartment which most holiday apartments in Tenby do not have.
Would rebook in future.
Great location, really clean and well equipped. Would definitely recommend, easy access to surrounding areas and right in centre of tenby with parking a 2 minute walk away.
Nice location only 5 mins drive from Tenby seafront. Had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay with a small dog. Lots of space throughout the house.
