I loved the prompt shuttle pick up at the airport AND that the ride to the airport in the morning was so fast. The bathroom is modern with fantastic water pressure. Towels were thick and not old. The bed was comfortable. Having a TV guide that tells a guest what channels are available (and their number) would be a real help if you like to watch tv a bit. Wifi was fast and that is great!

We specifically chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport given our early morning flight. It was a good sized room with enough space for two people to pack their suitcases. We had a rental car that we parked across the road from the hotel and thus did not make use of the airport shuttle on offer.

If ya need a place overlooking the Madrid basinand airport, this little town of Paracuellos de Jarama and Hostel el Rocio is a perfect spot if ya have a day or two to chill out. Better book the shuttle to the airport as soon as you arrive at the hotel as the shuttle bus only for 6-7 people/trip/hour. I tried to book for shuttle at 6 am but it already full so I had to take the 5 am.
