Helpful people and significant historical/cultural monuments. Good public transport to nearby places for day trips, like Barcelona and Monserrat. Also, opportunities for outdoor activities such as walking the green ring. The apartment and host are superb.

Next door, you have plenty of restaurants and a huge Carrefour. Easy to find and get back on the road too.
