The location was close to the Victoria Hospital. The breakfast was satisfying. The only concern I had was I had a wheelchair person and I had to walk all the way down the corner to almost a very end. I should have requested a room close to the entry. Other than that, everything was fine.

When i took the shower next day, the bath tub drain was not working, for 2 min of shower and 5 min of wait for the water to be rinsed, so i can wash my feet quickly with clean water and get out of the tub.
The hotel looks like a warehouse. Carpet in the room had stains.
I told the management upon leaving, they said they will fix it, what good that will do for me ?

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.
The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. I booked a room with a walk in shower because my husband needs that due to his falling. We were there because my husband had early tests at Victoria Hospital. But we were put in a room with a bathtub which is dangerous for him to get in and out of. I brought it to the attention of the hotel but they had already given the room I'd booked to other people. The bathroom was very tiny and cramped in the room we were given and because it was in the lower level (basement) there was very bad phone reception.

I was scheduled to be there for two nights but checked out a day early. I was disappointed in the staff and also the condition of the hotel and the lack of cleanliness. I will never come back. I should have read the reviews and avoided this place. It’s was listed as a four star hotel. The on site restaurant was not even operational or looked operational. I had to leave site to buy my breakfast etc. Don’t ever stay at the Travelodge Wyndham Hotel in London

London has everything for entertaining and just having fun.
London has everything for entertaining and just having fun. There are many parks with equipment for playing. There are indoor playlands for children at reasonable prices. There are many options for activities for adults as well. The Kellogs Building has many fun activities from indoor golf to rope climbing and jumping mats. We went to markets and strawberry picking and golfing. Everything within 10-15 minutes away. The hospital is easily accessible. The restaurants in the east end of town were plentiful and the food was delicious. We were able to walk to two parks that were well equipped and beautifully maintained. So much to do you have to stay longer to take it all in. We found the people we encountered very friendly and courteous. Will definitely be making more visit not only to visit family but to enjoy the area.

We were just coming in to bring our brother to the hospital for surgery. We found the Residence & Conference Centre on-line and made the reservation. We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the accomodations and everything about the stay there. The only attraction we went to was a breakfast restaurant call Early Bird and we absolutely would recommend it for both the exceptional quality if the food and the unique aesthetics and atmosphere. London looms like a very clean and well laid out city and we are planning to return when we have more time to just enjoy the other attractions the city has to offer.
Starting with the STAFF: we found them extremely helpful and friendly; this made for a great start. The FACILITIES were unique, and reminded us of some of our stays in Britain. BREAKFAST was great, with attentive waiters. This will definitely be our "go-to" place when we visit London again.
The room was clean and comfortable. I love that the kitchen has coffee in the morning. It was wonderful sitting outside in the morning listening to the birds.
Honestly the best place to stay in London.
I took a picture of the vacuum to share with my son..my grandsons name is Henry ;)
Convenient, clean and well-located for our purposes. Our room was large and well appointed for a multi-day stay, and we appreciated the underground parking access. The continental breakfast was surprisingly complete. The best hotel I've found for visits to London.
The bed, desk, and whole room in general were quite comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful. the hotel is nicely located as you drive into london from Toronto with access to everything you could possibly need. I would surely stay there again.
I was in London as my father was palliative (and passed during my visit) Ivey Spencer was a perfect place for me to rest and get restored from a few stressful days. It’s a quiet and serene place that seems to be in the country and yet close to downtown
I needed a room close to the London airport to drop my friend @ 4am. . I got a room with a hot tub for under $100. The staff were friendly and it was pretty quiet considering it's on the main street in London. I would definitely go there again 😊
For its price, the rooms are really nice classy clean and spacious. the washrooms are also proper unlike some of the other motels with similar prices. I think that out of all the motels/hotels around the same price range, days inn is the best.
This was a single night stay. We liked that the bed was a king and we had so many pillows. The towels were folded in a pretty fan display. The room with breakfast included in a price much cheaper than staying downtown. Plus, parking was free!
You will quickly fall in love with this apartment and the surrounding neighbourhood. Downtown London and major attractions are a short drive away. The hosts are attentive and very responsive.
The Hotel is downtown. There are many bars and restaurants around. Parking is very good, even if this in a garage of the center beside, but very easy.
Arne rooms are big and nice.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location with easy access to 401 and nearby amenities like White Oaks Mall. The hotel was clean and breakfast was delicious.
This is a VERY tired hotel and not anywhere near worth the money that they are charging. The new owners need to shut it down for many months and do a complete renovation.
Richard at the front desk is always amazing and polite when we come stay at the holiday inn in London ON. he goes above and beyond for people who stay at this hotel.
