Apartment was spacious and super clean, the cleaning staff was there every day, providing drinking water every day as well. And the management staff was extremely helpful all the way - even when I needed additional electives cord, they bought it for me and brought it in 10min. I checked in at 3am because of my flight and the staff was there to help with everything smiling and supportive. Very responsive to any requests. I totally recommend this place!

First, It is not a hotel. It is rather a hotel apartment with 2 floors and a floor underneath. It is about 10 minutes walk from Taksim Square. The staff are very friendly and helpful whenever you want sth. The room was clean and had a microwave, a mini fridge, plates, and glasses for 2 persons, and an iron. The room's air conditioning system was good. I didn't try the breakfast. There is a point for this place that usually you can't find many people speaking English in Istanbul but their receptionists were able to communicate and that was important for me. After all, I think that this place is one of the best for a solo traveler who wants to stay somewhere near Istiklal St. and Taksim Sq, but maybe not the best option for a family. It was my third time in Istanbul and Element Garden was better than many 4-star hotels in the city, You can feel like your home. Thank you for everything, and wish you the best for your career.
