We also had fenced (great if traveling with a dog) little garden with nice sitting area. Breakfast was great and gluten free selection was a nice surprise since we were staying with gluten free child. Would love to stay again.

The room had everything we needed and was nicely furnished and spacious. Very comfortable bed and shower) The location is perfect, right in the centre, but quite quiet. Definitely would like to come back!

Everything about this hotel is perfect, from the decor, the amazing breakfast, the location and the staff, everyone was super friendly and helpful. I arrived after they left so they couldn’t received me at the front desk so they sent a video explaining everything. Just 5 minutes walking distance from St. Zaccaria’s Vaporetto stop. Amazing view of the canal, was just lovely to eat breakfast with that view. I’ll definitely stay here again whenever I go back to Venice
