They helped us in many ways, getting more towels, getting replacement sheets, getting a taxi reservation, finding our way to town for a tour and helping with our luggage, which was heavy after three weeks of travel. We loved the large bathroom and room itself.

From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed. The bed and room were comfortable, the shower was great, and the breakfast was delicious. There was even an honor food and beverage bar where I could slip down late at night and get a drink and snack, which was much appreciated.

Great location and 20-minute walk into Bath. Great apartment, very clean and well-appointed. It was lovely to find milk, tea, coffee, coffee beans and coffee machine, and sugar, all there ready to make a drink on arrival. Also breakfast cerial, and frozen pastries. Comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Bus stop across the road if you don't want to walk. Communication with apartment manager quickly answered.
