Beautiful facility, great rooms, great location (steps from the Central Market), easy tram access! Juan at checkin was wonderful and answered all my questions. Facilites were great, pool, laundry, gym, car park! Well worth it! Made great use out of the kitchen in the room. Had such a nice stay! Pool was basically empty and was lovely to have a swim in the evening. Will be back!!

Excellent location on Richmond hill. The front rooms are street-facing, so you get the buzz of trams and city noise. The back rooms. are quiet but have no view. The staff are very helpful, and the rooms are very nice and clean. The excellent coffee shop is open during the day at the entrance. Great city skyline view from the rooftop deck.

our stay was fab, the whole apartment was incredible, our hosts escorted us all over to the apartment, showed us around everything, car parking was great too, very easy to come and go as you pleased with key fob access. the whole building was spotless, quiet, we couldnt have wished for more. The free tram was right on the doorstep which made it easy for us all to get around and see the sights. My parents over from the UK on holiday with us - "it made their holiday" the views from the apartment were awesome, you didnt need to venture out if you didnt want to, its was great to stay in and what the sunset and sunrise, there is a supermarket on hand too so easy to collect everything you need for your stay... we will be back again

But this visit they made a new system, which worked great. So shout out for the improvement! They seem to work to improve the place bit by bit. The beds were comfy with curtains. They are working really hard. A lot of respect for them. Especially when have to clean the kitchen, because people ‘forgot’ to clean their pots and stuff. The Village renovated the building very nicely. You can see that they really invested in it. It looks like new. You can store your bags for free. The beds are nice and clean.
