Alt var fint og godt. Vi er meget tilfredse. Meget imødekommende vært. Veludstyret køkken og bad, alt meget rent og fint. tæt på tram og bus. ca. 2 minutters gang fra husbåden, altså lige om hjørnet. De kører ofte. Transporttid ca. 15 minutter til central station.

I loved this location. It was 20 minutes by tram from Amsterdam Central Station. The tram ran frequently. It was a very quiet family neighborhood. It felt very private. The entrance is separate from the owners. The owners live upstairs/across the courtyard. They do not come into the rented area except to speak with you or go to their office down the hall (once). The bathroom was not in the room, but it was literally one room over down a short hall. Since the rented area is exclusively for the guest, I had privacy going to and from the bathroom. The rooms in the area are: guest sleeping room and large closet, bathroom, office (they mostly work upstairs when there are guests). The bed was comfortable and the room was large. There was a large closet where I could put my things on shelves. The bathroom was large and had a large bathtub that was great to soak in after a long day of walking.

Lovely place, perfect for a short stay. Easy access to the centre with a 20min tram. Really enjoyed our stay!

Super comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a long day in the vibrant center of Amsterdam, good connection with tram 26 to Amsterdam central station about 15 minutes, Lianne&Jeroen are the perfect hosts, because of our high energy and because of our short stay we unfortunately only had that brief pleasure to get to know the master of the house. breakfast was very varied, individually tailored to us and of the finest quality. Anyone who has the pleasure of staying here should take the time to browse through the information provided to understand just how great this living space is. Our main focus on this trip was a concert at ASAF Live. Perfect to reach by bus directly from the houseboat. So just perfect! Excuse the frequent switching between the topics but one thing has to be said. we planned the holiday shortly before the pandemic began and only got to do it about 2 years later, the concert was also postponed twice, we kept in touch via booking.com the whole time and it was super easy to postpone the stay without a lot of bureaucracy. This is of course also due to the state of emergency, but Lianne & Jeroen were always super relaxed and probably managed a lot in the background that we didn't notice. We had a great time on Coaster Mado this past weekend. The boat is lovely and was the perfect size for our family of four. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, and even left us treats to enjoy… one night, my husband and I put the kids to bed and sat on the deck with our drinks, which was a very cool end to our busy day. We used several of the Hosts’ recommendations for activities and restaurants and were pleased to have that info. 3 days in Amsterdam just wasn’t enough, so we will definitely be back to stay again… and take advantage of the swimming hole beside the boat when it’s warmer outside. Highly recommend booking!

The property is very sophisticated and was perfect for our 4 nights stay. Joni and Daan are always available and ready to help. The studio is located in a calm and wonderful neighbourhood (a walk in the nearby narrow streets by the church opposite the studio is highly recommended), and is well connected to the main parts of Amsterdam city. The apartment is well equipped with basic amenities and we had various other requests that were not part of the deal, but Joni and Daan went out of their way to get it done so we have a smooth stay there. Highly recommend this place!

This is a must stay property! it completely exceeded our expectations. The view from the place was beautiful and super quiet. The bed felt luxurious and we had the best nights sleep, It’s in a great location with a supermarket just a 2 minute walk away and a tram that takes you straight to the center just a 5 minute walk if that! It was super clean and cosy, and again just blew us away and we are already looking at returning 😊

The apartment was well equipped and very nicely decorated. Right on the canal with a lovely view. Nice outdoor area, although it was a little cool and rainy for us to enjoy. We found the location very good -- the tram stop was not even five minutes away and the tram, which runs frequently, took us right to the Central Station. It was a real bonus to have a parking spot at the house. Amenities are within walking distance and we loved the farmer's market Saturday morning. Dianne was warm, friendly and very helpful
