Early checkin was smooth. Our private boarding was clean and a lot of fun to stay in. Pool was fantastic. Market has everything needed for the day. Dinner was great! walkable distance to many things.

The location is sensational. Everything in old town is completely walkable from this central apartment. The air conditioning was so nice in the heat of midsummer! The host Marina could not have been more kind and accommodating. She was super understanding when I accidentally broke a hook in the bathroom, and she went above and beyond to provide us with step-by-step instructions for both entry and parking. I was blown away by her level of attention. We will definitely return!

Bed was nice to get sleep well. Location is perfect to go to city, shopping and viewing points.

Free private parking! Very quiet room. Had the best sleep since we arrived in Croatia! Little balcony with sea view on the distance.

We loved the hot tub, small kitchen and walk-in shower. The bed was also very comfortable. The car was safely parked behind the fence. We stayed there with a baby and the owners themselves asked me a day before arrival if we needed a baby cot and I think it was really nice of them to think of that. The staff was very friendly, the food was great. Even the toilets in the pizzeria downstairs are very clean, I was surprised to find some hygiene pads and even some deodorant in there. It was overall a very pleasant experience, I definitely recommend. If we ever go to Zadar again, we would definitely stay here.

The property is excellent. We stayed in the penthouse that had good views (sea) great bathroom products with good parking. Great rooftop pool and sun lounge. Location is wonderful opposite the stone beach, down stairs was a good cafe/restaurant (we had breakfast everyday and dinner once) easy walk into town where more great restaurants.

Stayed here with my husband's four siblings and spouses. The rooms are lovely, some larger with jacuzzi some smaller. Had a great time at the outdoor bar across the parking area and the bistro across the main street. The hotel is self check-in, no front desk concierge. We did meet the staff in the morning and they were very friendly. The signage is minimal. The hotel entrance is on the first floor of what appears to be an apartment building

The apartment is indescribably beautiful, extremely spacious and made with selected elements. The location of the apartment is wonderful and very convenient. The best part of the stay is the incredible organization, friendliness and helpfulness of the host Mateo. All praise!
