The room I exactly as described. The staff were very helpful. They stored our bags and even took them to our rooms. We were provided with toiletries, coffee pods, a variety of tea bags as well little snacks. The host provided us with a map and information on things to do. The breakfast location suggested is excellent.

The host Marilena and Gina are very kind, polite and helpful and very responsive to answer all the queries. Prior to arrival, we were guided how to reach apartment from Florence airport and they were constantly in touch with us till we reach there. Also they guided for all ours and tourist attractions in florence and nearby florence. The good part is that they have the reception so it was good to contact them in office hours. Palazzo Gamba is located right in front of Florence's Cathedral. It offers uniquely designed apartments with air conditioning and fully equipped kitchenette. Very spacious apartment, basic condiments provided on arrival (coffee, tea). Location is central to all main attractions and plenty of bars & restaurants on the door step. Apartment was very quiet xonsidering the central location, although we were on the 5th floor sonthat nay have helped. Staff were extremely friendly
