Set on the second floor of a historic building, accommodation at the Palazzo Dalla Rosa includes air conditioning. The private bathrooms are equipped with spa bath or a crystal shower stall. Suites and apartments feature a kitchenette. The location cannot be beaten in Parma, the service is excellent and the apartments spacious and clean. We have stayed twice at the Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati and have thoroughly enjoyed each stay. The apartments are well equipped and are cleaned daily. The staff are very helpful. Given the quality of the accommodation and the level of service, the price is very reasonable. Parma is a delightful town, especially if you are interested in good food!

The property has everything that you need: it is very clean, good design, proximity to the center and still quiet in the night. The host is very discreet and hospitable. We did not have breakfast included, but we received from the host o lovely pie, that children loved it and all other stuff for breakfast, like coffee, milk, butter, jam, little cakes and so on. The town is a little Venice, very romantic! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

At the apartment complex, units include bed linen and towels. Firstly the price of the accomodation was excellent in comparison to other for the dates that we stayed. Upon arrival we had trouble with the keypad to gain access but messaged the owner and they immediately responded and we gained access straight away. The apartment has been upgraded to a very good standard and exceptionally clean. Everything that you needed and more. We even had a lovely little courtyard with a table and chairs that you could sit in. We would highly recommend these apartments and would book in the future if we are travelling to Bologna. The apartment was situated in a great location close to the bus stop, shops and restaurants.

I have never rated a property at a 10 - but I am confident in giving this apartment a perfect rating! I have been traveling across Italy for 2 weeks and this by far was my most comfortable stay! I can tell how much time & effort was put into designing this beautiful space. It was GORGEOUS! The hot tub was incredible too! It was clean, equipped with A/C, laundry, & a small kitchen! This was the most comfortable bed & pillows I have ever slept on!! The location was great too, just a short walk to the center of everything but just enough outside of the center to avoid crowds and noise. Our host was kind, helpful & which to respond . If I ever make it to Bologna again, I will absolutely stay here again!
