The location of the apartment was close to the city center, so I was able to walk to all of Madrid's main spots and shopping streets. I was also able to enter the apartment using my smartphone, which was very easy, and the interior was very neat and organized, which made me feel very comfortable. Personally, I was very glad that I only stayed for a short time before returning home.

The apartment was modern, spacious and clean. Check in was easy, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was great, quick walk to Temple Debod for beautiful sunsets. Perfect for a family of 4. Zero complaints!

Set in Madrid City Centre, just a 1-minute walk from the Royal Palace and 400 metres from Plaza Mayor Square, Oriente Palace offers apartments and rooms with free WiFi. The location is perfect, very close to all the major city sites. The receptionist was very kind, she gave lots of information about the city, and personally showed us to our room. The room was inner facing and was quiet (which we requested), the bed was comfortable. They gave us a mini bottle of cava as a welcome drink in our room, which was a very nice touch.
