We were provided with toiletries, coffee pods, a variety of tea bags as well little snacks. The host provided us with a map and information on things to do. The breakfast location suggested is excellent.

The host Marilena and Gina are very kind, polite and helpful and very responsive to answer all the queries. Prior to arrival, we were guided how to reach apartment from Florence airport and they were constantly in touch with us till we reach there. Also they guided for all ours and tourist attractions in florence and nearby florence. The good part is that they have the reception so it was good to contact them in office hours.
